I am torn between Silver with contrast back roof or one of the greys.

Can't decide!

Anybody out there got the silver with contrast roof?

I just bought a 2016 V8SC silver with contrast roof. I posted pictures earlier this week under "newbie with 2016 60 days from order"

I love the color...Land Rover's silver is VERY silver and pure as opposed to having grayish or bluish hues that some silvers (aka Porsche, Audi, VW) often have. Remember, Silvers sparkle...greys dull. Also silver is a more direct contrast to the black roof.

 

I just saw a matte silver with the black contrast roof and black wheels. Looks amazing. The matte color will cost a little extra but if you are looking for something that will stand out (sporty looking and definitely stylish/classy) I would consider. Lots of greys around here and they seem a litle washed out. Just my opinion.

 

Can you even get them straight from LR in a matte finish?

 

I just assumed it was a premium color option but I do not know for sure. Could have been custom. In either case the regular silver with dark roof looks great. Add black wheels and lettering.
