Dash removal would be covered in RAVE and in the o-ring replacement description. Parts can be had through any of the breakers in your area or the supporters of our site.

 

I removed the dash last year, I posted some pics. It took me about 2hrs. to remove and about 4hrs. to replace( I took my time!)
I used epoxy to mold it back into shape and clamped it down till it cured. I used regular 10 min. epoxy but in retrospect I should have tried the epoxy that's made specially for plastic ( bought it in an auto parts store) I've used it on other applications and it worked fine.

I had a discovery from new a few years back and the dash warped. Mentioned it at a main dealer service and it was replaced free of charge. Apparently a common problem on certain years of Discovery and a factory recall. Maybe the RR uses the same supplier.
