Swap the 12V/Cigarette lights in the rear centre console/arm rest

Hi Guys,

First time poster, I have checked the other threads and haven't seen this question. I'm currently replacing my arm rest 12v cover due to the cover being broken. I have received the new part but unfortunately I cant get the 12V socket out. Does anyone know know how to do this? It's an L322 08 with heated rear seats.

I figured out sorry if anyone is posting an answer. thanks for looking. For anyone who comes across this issue to you need to put a flat head screw driver in between the retaining Wings/Tabs and lever the screw driver between the tabs and this will force it out.
