I heard production is delayed for at least 3-4 months . So March production won’t start now until June / July. This coming from my SA here in Toronto.

 

I am going to ask my SA to check in the system to see if the dates changed.

 

No change on my order dates as of today, so seems like you got bad information.

 

From what I’ve heard dealers will try to build up inventories then work the customer orders. Given they get 2-5 allocations a month… it would be a while to get allocated, maybe yr 2023/24. The outlook is not so great in near term / 2022

Interesting! I sure hope its not that far out, we have 2 deposits down, first one is for my wife's car, and we put that down almost 18 months ago (well before the announcement of the car). I think we are in the first 10 or so customer orders with that deposit and the second deposit is for myself, but I just put that down after the announcement.

Do you have a built date and delivery dates? I have two coming in ATB and SE fully loaded
out with built date on 3/11 and ~6/10 delivery date.

 

I‘ve two orders confirmed. In VISTA mine SE SWB says 3/11/22 built date with 6/10/22 at retailer. The autobiography SWB doesn’t have a built date but at retailer date of 6/3/2022. This is as of yesterday (8 January).

I agree, time will tell. My SA said they have a distribution meeting this coming week. Maybe there will be some more concrete updates.

My dealer emailed last week and said -

No build date yet as the factory delayed the kickoff of the ordering until week two or three of Feb. You should be in our first order call so if you have any updates to your build please send them. They did make some changes to the website so it would be good to run through it as a 2023.

The MSRP is slightly lower on the 2023. Sounds like 2022.5 will be few and far between, at least here in the US.

 

On schedule for delivery in June, just confirmed. Will be getting two, SE and ATB.

I just found out that I'm 207 of 241.... So, I guess I'll have until 2026 to plan my options and colors.

 

My SA just put me in the holding pool for a SE PHEV fully loaded. He said the PHEV line is shorter but I still don't have any kind of dates. Anyone notice that when they first put it on the LR build site there was an option of an electric folding cargo cover but now it's gone. SA said they have dropped a couple of options recently. Thought that was kind of weird.

I noticed in the picture the driver's seat. Is this a lighting issue or does the leather look like it's 20 years old?

It's shiny and dirty in this picture. Looks like a mechanic with oiled overalls took it for a 300,000 mile trip.

Lol. This is the demo car they been taking around the country. Seats looks like took a lot of beating overall in this particular car.

 

My SA got back to me and said there's no ETA at this time. It's not 100% clear if he pulled up the order in the system or not. It's OK. I'll check in next month after the original planned build date to see if there are any additional updates.

I am in BC and I ordered in January and will be getting it late April. They mentioned it was the last one in Canada and that 2023 orders could happen in April. Not sure if that helps. Nevermind, we're talking about different models!

 

Placed in December 2021 for SE in USA. Verbally the dealer said 10 months but had 12 months on the document.

 

Just got an update, my order were built on 2/23, VIN number issued and expected to be at dealer by 5/27.

New to forum, thanks for having me. Last bought a RR in 2001, but not sure they even had online forums back then!

Ordered a fairly vanilla L460 the first week of February. I asked when I could expect delivery and she said, "Over a year." I said, "A year?!?!" and she replied, "Over a year."

So we wait, very impatiently.

I'm probably grasping at straws here, but since my build was fairly straightforward, and I'd be willing to compromise on many features... any guesses when there will be dealer inventory on the lot to purchase?

 

Hi there! I’m in the same boat. I’m in Florida and put down a deposit in January. I was told at that time 12 to 18 months…. I haven’t received an order number from the dealership just the receipt for deposit. I’m getting ancy myself. This will be my first Range Rover , I previously owned a Jaguar XJ. I hope it worth the wait and all of the hype. I’ll keep you posted if I hear anything additional.
