Hi,
I had a new EAS compressor, new driver module, and new valve block installed at the dealer a few weeks ago after getting EAS hard faults consistently during the past few months.
Now I still have the following problem: The compressor kicks on regularly but not consistently, but on longer trips (i.e. more than 40 minutes or so continuous driving) just stops working. I don't any any error messages but it will not kick on again until I jump the #1 and #8 pins, pressure up the tank, and turn on the ignition again. Then the system operates manually until the compressor dies again on the next longer trip. The compressor is brand new and I would doubt that it is overheating as it is not running consistently. What else could be the reason for this odd behavior? I am afraid to go to the dealer again only to be stuck with another large bill...
Thanks,
