ok, I’m stuck. Literally. Mt LT95 will not shift into any gears. I did an oil service on the gearbox and TC last night, and put in exactly how much came out. Had just started to backup for a test drives when I saw someone coming up the driveway and had to hit the brakes real fast. The truck stalled, not sure if I caused it in the moment or not. At any rate, it went about 2 ft and now wont shift into any gears, will not move, but will stall the engine if I try to engage the clutch (Like it’s in gear). I took the top off the gear selector and although Im not sure what it should look like, I'm sure it ain’t right, because the selectors aren’t lining up. the far right selector moves up and down, but will not line up with 3/4 or reverse. 2/3 selector moves a little but not like the 1/2 selector which I can see engage/disengage gear.

I've an LT95 but as yet never been in it, and so little experience to help in that direction.

Couple of question, if you put the TC in neutral H-N-L lever, presumably you can roll it along without being impeded?

Also with that in neutral, what happens if you run it and bring clutch up to connect drive, what does it do then ? Still stall the motor or will it turn the box ?

Just trying to separate it into logical division firstly to see if that pinpoints an area to look at further.

Braking hard shouldn't have done anything in particular, but maybe coincidentally has forced something that was marginalised in wear terms prior to this.

If you don’t have any luck, try an email to Brad (service@klr.com.au) at KLR Automotive.

Brad rebuilds the LT95 and may be able to give you some suggestions. He has two reps in the USA (one east, one west) who may be able to help.
