Rather a bizarre set up. Start your rig, open the glove box and then press and hold the recirc button. The white panel will lift out of the way and you will have access to the filter.

that's weird, I held the recirc button, but nothing happened. Is there a noticeable sound altering holding the button down?

 

ylee, the posts above are misleading. The same thing happened to me. Here's the detailed procedure for replacing the filter:

- Take everything out of the glove-box
- There are two tabs on sides of the glove-box by the hinges. You have to press them hard in order for the glove-box to drop all the way down.
- Once the glove-box is open you'll see something that looks like the picture above. Pressing the recirc button opens and closes the white canopy, which gives you access to the filter. Press the button and you'll see the canopy in action.
- If I recall correctly, there are two tabs to pull from to slide out the filter. By the way, you can't see the filter as it's laying flat. You only see the tabs and the one side.

Anyone remember if the airflow arrow was up or down? IIRC, past RR products have all been down but I didn't pay attention when I pulled the old filter out. The generic instructions say arrow up but that may be for some other make.
