2010 range rover Supercharged ruff idle.

I have 187k on my 2010 autobiography and it has developed a ruff idle in the last few thousand miles.You can feel a slight shake in the truck when stopped. I changed the plugs and no change. Also no codes.

Any idea what to check next?

I would check for vacuum leaks; PCV, symposer (maybe). I had a vac leak on the MAF sensor that caused a slight rough idle.
