In this review, she say that there is a bit more wind noise then anticipated, and a good amount of road noise from those low-profile tires (23s), can anyone confirm this with 22s

Normally silent as well in our MY24, but when there is heavy side winds, the wind noise from the turbulence is definitely present.

We've tried to measure the noise level using the Decibel X app on my iPhone while driving. Seems like the Decibel X app is picking up the noise cancellation from the speakers as well, at least it measures too high numbers (66-70dB) compared with reviewers who have praised the silent experience in the L460. The noise app on my Apple Watch shows 50-55dB - maybe that is more consistent with what our ears pick up?

Just tested a new Sound level meter in the courtesy car - a RRS MY23 ATB P510e - we're currently driving (our P550e ATB is still back at the dealer waiting for tools/parts..):

I measured the noise level in the RRS P510e in EV mode driving in 80 km/h (50 mph) to +-61 db(A). Wet conditions, with 23" wheels, stock Pirelli tires. Just standard Meridian system (being Off during measurement)

Looking forward to get out L460 MY24 P550e back - then I'll also be able to use the Sound level meter to measure the noise level in that vehicle, including the effect of the Signature noise cancelling system.

I owned a ‘23 and now have a ‘24 both with 23” wheels with no noise issues. However I test drove a new P530 ‘24 before ordering my ‘24 and the sound coming from the left front wheel was terrible. I was told it was bad bearings, replaced, and it was fixed. I never test drove the car a second time. The sound was loud and one I couldn’t live with.
