Look nice them been thinking about upgrading my side and bonnet vents

 

Yes, I've had them on my car for a little while now. Previously the vents were black surrounds, silver mesh inserts and silver strakes with a 4mm black pinstripe along the middle of each one.
I'm still not convinced by the upgrade but as they're only held on by sticky tape it's not going to be a problem to remove them should I change my mind.
Anyway, here's a few blurry pictures of the vents on my grubby Barosa Black 2013 RRS in a Tesco supermarket car park.

I think it looks much better than that outdated mesh.
Perhaps both vents in all black looks more balanced?

I upgraded mine soon after getting my RRS (2015 HSE) with both the side grilles and the hood inserts. Here are some pics. Very happy with the end result.

yes the new styled hood vents are very nice and they pair perfectly with the side vent covers we were talking about.

Hi Skywalker (cool sn!) please note, I didn't get those same "covers". Mine were the whole vent replacement. You basically pry out the old silver mesh vent and insert the whole new one.
