Rear window shade malfunction

I have one of the rear window's shade that is no longer coming down; the glass on that window does come down, but not the shade. Has anyone experienced this and if you have what was the fix.
I hate taking it to the dealer to fix it unless I have to. Thanks for any input you may have.

This exact thing occurred with my L 460 2024 yesterday- after getting fairy annoyed, what worked for me was to hold the button down and back up for a few seconds repeatedly and it appears to have reset somehow everything is functioning correctly now. No clue! Good luck!

Did ever get window shades issue fixed? I have the opposite problem. I rolled down both my rear shades and they decided not to come back up when I tried.

I'm experience one of the window shades not coming up. Any clues on how to reset/fix?

My issue resolved itself on its own. Just did what @kwickham did to his. Hod the button down and up for a few seconds, and do it repeatedly. You may have to turn the car off and lock it and get in it again to try it. Try it out and if nothing happens, take a drive to your dealer. Good luck.
