That's a bold choice but it has a nice English countryside feel to it. Is it really a headlining material or just fabric?

 

I quilted the Harris Tweed to a traditional headliner fabric to ensure a good and secure hold. I also thought the quilting pattern would look right proper.

 

how big of a pita was it to remove the headliner? love the custom tweed vibe!

 

Honestly, not bad at all. Had to remove the visors, overhead consoles, grab handles, etc, but it really just dropped and came right out without bending. Out is always easier than back in though... while it put up a bit of a fight, it was completely manageable with two of us. .

 

Recovered the main sun visors as well. Might go back and re-cover the secondary ones with a different tweed at a later date.
