First Edition vs. Autobiography

I am being offered a First Edition SWB by a local dealer for a marginal markup. I have an autobiography on order but likely will not arrive for another year or so.

Both models seem to be very similar in terms of features. Other than customizing the colors, does one have an advantage over the other? Which has historically been the better buy for those that have owned?

If it's got the packages you want, take it. Even the ATB's these days are coming with downgraded equipment. Whatever label historically, presently, the features will matter more long term.

E.g., does it have the Signature sound system? Pixel headlights?

WIth a little luck, a year from now, the supply issues may be better and you may get the ATB as they were intended to be built.

MY ATB LWB in BRG SV Color will NOT have the Signature sound when it is being built on Jan 20. The CEO said they investigated it to try to get it done but there is no chance to do it.

I said thanks and that I look forward to the car and would send pictures to them when I get it.
