I am planning on taking it in on Thursday (first time they have availability for a larger loaner) and the error message has not reappeared. Do you think I should still take it in ? Many times on my bmw's an error message popped up and then went away never to return.

Def take it in. They should be able to retrieve the history of the errors and diagnose it. It will bite you later if not addressed

Picked up the vehicle today and they could not duplicate or find an issue..

Here are the details on the work order...

CLIENT STATES EV SYSTEM FAULT DETECTED WARNING ON DASH, PLEASE INSPECT AND ADVISE.

DURING INSPECTION NO LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. PERFORMED ROAD TEST TO ATTEMPT AND DUPLICATE CONCERN, NO FAULTS APPEARED ON DASH. READ CODES NO DTC RELATED TO CONCERN. My p400e is also playing up, and has done a few times over the past 6 months. I’ve noticed that when the electric is partially charged, it brings up all kinds of random glitches and warning lights and when it runs down to 0 electric miles, and I vacate the car, lock it then get back in after a few minutes, the car is completely fine running on gas without any warning lights or issues! I’m just going to refrain from charging mine until I can get the dealership to take a look. This is my first hybrid Range Rover and I’ve never had a problem with my previous gas only models!
Were you able to get it to the dealership to get it checked? Did they fix the issue for you? I am having the same issue on my 2025 RR PHEV.

2025 P550e with error message "ev system fault detected" I drove to the dealership end of last week when the message appeared and then the error message went away once at the dealer. They didn't have a bigger size loaner until Dec. 5th. Also one of their techs who works on the p550e was out on vacation. I drove a few hundred miles this weekend and all seems normal.
Did the dealership take it on even when the warning message disappeared? I have the exact same thing happen. I got the warning message and it disappeared right away like nothing happened.

Yes, I brought it over to the dealership when the message showed up (dealership is less than 3 miles from my house) and showed them the photo I took of the message. They did not have a rental until a couple of weeks later. I brought it back then and they could not replicate the error message after a few days with the car and it did not show up in the codes. It just went away on it's own and has not returned (7,000 miles now)
