What are you looking to activate?

 

There is not much you can activate on a Range Rover. OEMactivations.com website can let you know what activations can be done on yours when you input your VIN number.

I would like to activate the following.

• Hot stone massage ( I have massage seats )
• Adaptive off-Road cruise controle ( I have the ATPC)
• Configurable Programs in Terrain response 2
• 4 zone climate, if it doesn't need hardware ( I have 3 zone)

The 4 zone climate will need additional hardware. The hot stone massage can be activated, as well as the adaptive driving beam if you have the pixel lighting package, but I think you get that in Europe anyway. I do not know if the other features you mentioned can be activated.

I’ve been playing with my IID gen 4 on these as well but haven’t been successful with the hot stone or the adaptive headlights as of yet. Also tried memory on auto start/stop but it didn’t actually remember the setting. But hey, I did stop the seat belt chimes.

 

can’t do auto stop / start - last known memory on the PHEV.

 

I haven't figured out the adaptive headlight one yet, but I was informed the auto start/stop memory would not work on the P530.

The auto start/stop memory does, however, work on my 5.0l L663, so you may be in luck with a P400 engine.

 

I think you can permanently disable auto stop by unplugging this cable, assuming it is also in the rear right like on our L405. Here is a pic of it unplugged from a L405. I did this in our L405, and put the end of the now loose plug in a piece of pool noodle so it wouldn't vibrate around. No issues, the auto stop icon turns up on the dash in black and white with a slash in it when it should kick in but can't. Wife didn't even notice the icon and hasn't even noticed that I turned it off. Pic is from fullfatrr.

I will have to try again. I read wrong with phev and mhev. Next step is the full JLR tools. Thanks

Unfortunately it appears I’m an idiot and have matrix headlamps so I don’t think I’ll be of much help there. That’s what I get buying used on a whim

I have a Gap IID tool Gen4
I can find these forums for defenders but can't find any for a Range Rover?

I went to a specialised garage in the Netherlands - they have a rather extensive list of changes/tweaks they can apply (including power upgrades). Not sure they will share their knowledge with you. I was looking myself for the tools and info...
