I am adding a aftermarket subwoofer and mono amp to my RRS autoB with meridian 850w system, can someone please tell me where to get my signals, constant 12v, remote and ground wires from, some say from the left side trunk area and some say under left seat, since i have to tap into factory wires can someone please tell me where to find these wires and what colors are they?excuse my ignorance but why can i not get a definite answer to this question, i search all over the net and can never get a definite answer. Thank you.

I have the 350 watt system with factory subwoofer. I recently installed an after market amp and subwoofer with a line output converter. I was able to tap into the factory subwoofer wiring which I found in the rear left corner of the trunk in the spare tire well. There is a small subwoofer there behind the carpeting.
This is the wiring for the subwoofer.
Subwoofer - With Amp (+,-) Green/Violet - Gray (coil 1); Violet - Yellow (coil 2).
As for remote turn on my LOC used the signal from the speaker level input to turn on and from there it feeds the remote turn on to the amplifier. (The LOC and amp will turn on as soon as the doors open and will turn off between 45 and 90 seconds after locking the car, so no worries of battery drain.) Constant 12V is fused and connected it straight to the battery and for the ground I used a ground stud in the trunk.
Hope this is helpful.

It was easier getting the signal back there than under the seat at the factory amp harness. I left the sub connected and used Posi Taps to tap the signal. I also used the LC2i Pro. Mounted amp (JLAudio 600/1v2) behind the rear right panel on two 2" L brackets below the fuse box (My model does not have the aux battery it has the capacitor, so plenty of space.) and mounted the LC2i pro just below it. Panel fits right back in place. All wiring done in the trunk. Using a JLAudio H.O. 12" Wedge subwoofer HO112-W6v3. It's a bit overkill but I had it from previous vehicle an L320. planning on replacing with the 10' version. Make sure to use proper gauge and OFC cables for the power and ground.

Hi. I need help too. My son bought a 2017 RR v8 supercharged and I as superdad (so I think) said I could help with lc2i-pro, sundown sae3000 amp, and sundown zv6 12” sub. Trying to power loc. I have the 4 wires that went to factory sub in tailgate but I can’t get my head around how to power the loc. Do those wires carry 12v or do we need to tap in to another power source and which? Thank you, thanks.

Connect the power wire from the loc to the battery with a 10 amp inline fuse. Ground the Loc to the chassis or as in my case I tapped the power and ground at the amplifier terminals that I installed. Mounted everything in the right rear quarter panel under the fuse panel (no aux battery in my vehicle). Dm me if you need more info.

Im trying to do my 2016 Range Rover sport supercharged and I can’t find the wires at all. I went to the front under the passenger seat and couldn’t find it. But I’m trying to see in the post right here where your connectors are in the trunk because I think I have the same setup and I’ve been at this for hours and I’m so over all the extra stuff that I didn’t need to do. I really need help!!

Depending on the year the locations of both the sub and the amplifier changed. Early years had them under the seats (sub right side, amp left side) while later years put the sub in the cargo area and the amp under the right seat. The switch may have coincided with the upgrade to InControl Touch Pro system with the 10" screen in 2017.

For a 2016 I would search Youtube for the videos PowerfulUK made about their L494 Sport. They showed all the components and how to access them in various videos.
