'26MY Order / Production / Delivery Thread

It's that time of the year again guys...

Just wanted to make a thread again for the new upcoming Model Year, 2026.

I would anticipate news to come out next month in April and B&P information (for most or all markets including the U.S. & U.K.) to come around May. Production to start around July and deliveries to begin in September. That's how it's been recently for these past MY's.

I would also expect any orders made after this Month, March, to be converted from '25MY to '26MY.

I've read that it's possible for physical climate controls/drive mode selector on the front center console to come back, but I don't know whether this is true or not, and the overall validity just yet. We shall wait and see.

Also, is the news of the All-Electric Range Rover and whether or not it will indeed come out as a '26MY. I personally believe if they intend to refresh/facelift (not fully redesign a new gen) for 2027-2029MY, it would make no sense for a new version of the L460 (ie., the All-Electric) to come out right before that and "appear" old. My guess is the All-Electic version we've seen is a Test Mule. Same kinda feeling for the Nvidia-based Autonomous Self-Driving we haven't seen yet...

That being said when the refresh/facelift does come out, I expect only minor changes on the exterior (headlights, taillights, bumpers, grille) and possibly new interior looks (screens, possibly dash, etc.), as well as new configurations, packages, options, colors (inside and out).

I do not expect any major changes for '26MY whatsoever. That also being said, with inventory increasing on both New & Used L460's, at least in the U.S., I would definitely wait till the '26MY is available at Dealer Lots to order. Also for the fact that it doesn't make sense to get a '25MY or prior new vehicle, right before the '26MY's come out, even with a little bit of discount. That immediate 'increased' depreciation isn't worth it.

Anyways, I hope to keep this New Thread up-to-date as the weeks follow, and look forward to hearing any news or info from you guys.

Great looking Range Rover. Enjoy it!
I do not think there would be any changes for the 2026 model, as it is typical for the refresh to appear in 2027 or 2028 models based on previous model releases. As far the fully electric Range Rover goes, I do not believe it will sell in huge numbers given the market condition with electric vehicles. Time will tell...

Updates for the 2026 model year according to my dealer are up in the air for now, as no one knows what will come out of these crazy on and off tariffs. If the tariffs do stick with the current rates, I recommend you look into existing dealer inventories and buy one off their lot. There is unbelievable uncertainty in the market place right now and this situation is driving a lot of companies insane.

2 Things to Note:

1. More RR Full-Size EV Pre-Production/Prototype/Mule videos released yesterday, just check YT or Insta.

2. Home Page for RR has been Updated & Changed today. Still shows '25MY for the Full-Size L460, but UI looks much cleaner and larger now, I like it. They also expanded L460 & L461 SV Submodels with their own dedicated Headers. Expect '26MY info to come out very soon...

Home Page not the car, like I and many others have said: No expected Changes for '26MY as far as Exterior/Interior Refresh goes.

It's indicative of General Info & Build/Price Configurators coming Live, which makes sense because it has been in May every year for some time now.

The tariff on imported cars (capped at 100,000 vehicles) from the UK is now 10 percent where it used to be 2.5%. So I expect the price of future Range Rovers to go up. It is impossible to read the minds of our current lawmakers and understand how these deals are coming together and no wonder US car makers are in a limbo regarding these tariffs. I think it is pretty safe to assume a minimum baseline of 10% tariffs on all imports to the US with some that would be much higher, depending on where these imports are coming from and whether a "deal" has been struck with the country in question. Bottom line, prices will be going up.

Well if JLR was expecting an over 25% tariff on these products and to raise RR's around 8% (Other JLR products at 3%), surely the cost will now only be a couple of percentage points higher knowing that it's only 10%, which is already the norm for MY to MY.

We'll see when '26 L460's are announced this month.

It's simple, Build American Cars in America. He doesn't give af if prices rise, even if it's just short term. It's about Principle.

Maybe we can stop building such junk too.

As far as Eggs, I'm in Ohio, One of the largest exporters of Eggs, I'm doing good on my Pasture Raised Organics. 😂
