Sounds like you got some misfiring going on, or a vacuum leak, or fuel system issues. Since they replaced the engine mounts, it has to be one of these issues. Keep us posted and let us know what you find out.

They want to replace the front engine shock.

Engine shock is the same thing as engine mount. You stated that they already replaced them.

 

Correct. They did replaced the engine mounts.
But they just called me and said engineers are saying that this 2025 V8 engine also has engine a front engine shock.
that’s why I am also surprised.

Hmmm, I did not know about a front engine shock as it is not typical. Could they be referring to the transmission mount perhaps? In any case, just let them fix it. Personally, I would be very curious and I would ask them to show me the mounts on the car as well as the bad mounts they replaced. Your car is too new for it to have 3 bad mounts unless it is a bad patch of mounts from the supplier. Good luck and let us know the outcome.
