2025 RR ATB LWB 5 P530 Seats Fuji White, Deep Garnett..

Just want to share my observations so far so you make informed decision in case buying similar trim:

Miles: 1300 USA

Positive Observations:
  • Absolute smooth ride & quiet despite 23" wheels. If you want even quieter, go for 22" wheels
  • Deep Garnett LWB with 5 seats is gorgeous
  • Just a head turner at every parking lot
  • Be clear- valet is expecting tips as they really take care of you arriving in beautiful vehicle!
  • Kids fall asleep very quickly sitting in back seat
  • I am ok with missing physical buttons as climate, defrost are easy to open up.
  • Side steps are awesome as I switched off access height.
Cons:
  • Wife immediately suspected on my driving out alone over weekend to bar if I am up to something :). I can sense she is scared that I am attracting other women....don't know if it is +ve or -ve.
  • Not having standard dash cam recording despite so many cameras is a crime from Land rover. I am really pissed with this!
  • Driving assistance really sucks. Its actually quiet scary if your driving behavior is from Tesla, MB etc
    • lane assistance can give you heart attack with wild sudden swings
    • Blind spot warning missing. I did trouble twice other vehicles when they were in blind spot as I am used to warning when swinging steering for lane change
  • Noise cancelling is giving static noises on sudden bumps but in generally I am ok with it
  • Meridian 3D is lacking something - absolutely not up to rich sound
    • some songs, i feel bass/subwoofer lacking
    • but when little bit bumped up, feel ear buzz in other songs
    • not convinced that Meridian 3D is any where close to best for the money
  • Miss one pedal driving which brakes for you when going easy on "gas". I understand that my vehicle is not PHEV. But I really miss that!

Completely agree with cons 3 & 5. The lane assist is so flaky on country highways (it tends to swing the car each time an exit comes up) I turn it off.
Tune your stereo with some high quality recordings and the sound gets a bit better (but still so so IMO)

I am coming from a GLE 53 AMG Coupe that has been in the shop numerous times due to the driver assistance stuff. How does your RR act when it comes to detecting the hands on the steering wheel?

I also ordered mine with the 3D surround system, is it really that bad?
Not the best
My ford lighting is hands down better. The RR veers hard to the left/right if there is a turn lane or exit ramp on same side. My lighting will just tell me to take the wheel and cautiously keep straight. The Range Rover thinks your exiting every single time if your on same side
