New job means i haven't been round here much.

Got away for a week to the Yorke Peninsula and Clare Valley in South Australia, Rangie related snaps to share.

Some excellent cliff top tracks. Although the cliffs are quite undercut, means it's a bit nervous at times and requires going slightly off track just in case.

Stunning coastline

Almost every beach was deserted

Playing in the sand.

We lived to tell the tale :) if you're not Australian you can Google it...

It was clean when we left, honest. Took a 'wrong' turn on the first day onto the dirt and it stayed dirty after that.

It wasn't really a 'proper 4wd' trip but i stumbled across a few more interesting roads, this is in the Clare Valley.

G'day Rufant,

Great pics ! Lovely part of the world... haven't been there since the late 70's !
Nice LSE - looks like you're running BFG tyres as I am.

And you've got LPG - tank in the back or underneath ?
I'd love to get a couple of sill tanks......

Cheers

G'day Rod,

yup, BFG AT's all round. Good tyres in anything but mud.

LPG tank is in the boot. Triple manifold job so the boot is still flat just about 12 inches higher.
