If you've got the LR part numbers, that would be better. PM me with the list including what needs to be Genuine Part.
Just take a look on Landyzone about poor service from P38 spares. I never got my parts and had to raise a complaint via paypal to get my money back. However P38 spares will come on the forum and rubbish any complaint! I will not use again.
I placed a few orders with them in the past and found service good and speedy.
But this was some time ago, can't comment on recent events.
Iv'e ordered from them twice. First time was via the phone as I always do this when buying from somewhere I haven't purchased from before so I can gauge the level of service I'm likely to receive and also to check they are actually real. It was 'ok' with the part arriving the next day but the person I spoke to on the phone left a bit to be desired in customer relations :?

More recently (in the last week) I ordered a couple of the side repeaters for my P38 after breaking one while replacing the bulb. Ordered around 1430ish with the next day delivery option. Service was slow, with confirmation of the order/despatch not happening until 24 hours after the order was placed. As it happens I wasn't in a hurry for the bit's as I was away but I was disappointed with their service. I wouldn't of paid extra for next day delivery had I known it would take the length of time it did to 'process' my order.

I'd use again but probably not pay for the quicker shipping.

Paddock Motors are a better UK supplier. imho.
Been ordering from them on and off over 25 years before the p38 when I had a classic.
Also delivery is free if you order over 50 GBP.
Island 4x4 often sharper on prices though.
P38spares seem to be the only UK supplier for Blackbox Solutions.

You can also get Blackbox via Rick the pick i believe. He gets on here from time to time

That's interesting to know. I am about to buy a system. The only question is where from.

Bought a Rovacomlite System online direct from Blackbox in Cyprus few years ago, obsolete now but still works fine. No problems whatsoever with delivery etc.

Cheers
Thanks Col.

I was quoted 102.93 GBP shipping for a Faultmate MSV-2 extreme from Cyprus to the UK !
It would be cheaper to get a cheap flight and go and collect it.
Even if they give 10% discount for regular users of this forum by the time shipping is added on the total price is on a par with that quoted on their Ebay site which quotes only 15 GBP shipping.

Wait until it breaks down and you have to pay shipping for repairs. I racked up several rounds of shipping to Cyprus thanks to faulty bits and poor workmanship.

I might have been doing a miss service to those fine people at Blackbox Systems.
By adding on a couple of extra cables it tipped the shipping into a higher price band.
The basic SV225 system for a p38 with no extras is a more reasonable 41.98 GBP.
Shipping to and from Cyprus seems a good business to be into.

I enquired about buying a product from p38spares well over 6 months ago, not had an answer yet - obviously they didn't get the order! It wasn't a tiny purchase either was the best part of £100, but if they don't want the business they must be doing really well
