first up, fill out your profile so we can see if you are in Outer Mongolia or Turkmenistan.

In regard to your problem, do you have the correct wiring diagrams for your year model? If not i would highly recommend that you start with this information, i think Atlantic British sell a CD that covers all workshop and wiring manuals.

Anyway, does this sound like a wiring problem, or something else?
I would say there is a good chance it's wiring/earthing related. Without looking at the vehicle it's hard to say, but if it's as bad as you describe i would be very tempted to re-wire it, no small undertaking though...

I would get the wiring info and compare it to what you have and then decide whether to replace the wiring loom or just repair the existing one.
