Hi all,

For 1st time i took the LSE on the motorway on tue evening, there seemed to be some wind noise coming in (ie through seals not just general noise because the car is the shape of a brick haha).. Can I fit uprated seals?

There is a slight tear in the one on the drivers side which might explain some of the noise.

This was at about 85mph, usual?

Has it had a new screen fitted at any point? Its quite common for wind noise to develop after this if the screen isnt sitting correctly. I would like to guess its the damaged trims mind you. Which trim is is it? Yours (same as mine) is a soft dash, so your windscreen is bonded into position. The only way to change the trims is to have the screen removed and new trims fitted. My brother has just done this to my classic. (to resolve a water leak problem) Also, at speed and even more so when its windy, my door trims will create some wind noise. I will soon be changing these with new replacement seals so will report on what there like once fitted.

Nice example of an LSE by the way!
