Anybody know where this should be bolted? I thought this was the end that grounds to the body but the other end is bolted to the bracket behind the ATC (AC/Heat controls)

Factory Radio maybe? My RR came with an aftermarket radio.

I was guessing factory radio since it was chucked and I have an aftermarket one. Although for a second I had hoped I found the cause of my non-working window switches.
