'04 V8 petrol. I'm guessing these are not the original wheels?
They look like 20" [Sepang?] & should be 19"?
Low profile tyres on a heavy barge like this must make an uncomfortable ride?

Appreciate your thoughts.

Those wheels are from a newer model and a common update. Original were 19" six spoke. The V8 logo is some JC Whitney stick on bit.

Would you go back to 19" six spoke?
Have you a photo please?
It's a car up for sale & just contemplating what I would have to do to it.

Thanks in advance.

tough to tell what size tires are on there but on 20" wheels the spec 255 50 20's ride just fine... it's when you get into the 22's the ride quality falls off.

Big wheels with low profile tyres are good for mall crawling but if you want to go off-road get 18" wheels with higher profile tyres. You'll get a better selection of tyres that will have more sidewall, and you won't be forever complaining of potholes cracking your rims! ;-)
