I’m looking at buying a set of 20” wheels so I can have a set of All Terrain 4WD tyres for when I go overlanding/touring, and have my 22” for around town.

I’ve found a set of genuine 20” what I think to be 2013 RRS (L320) wheels. However on the back it has 9.5”Jx20 EH2+53 stamped on it.

Now I know the 9.5”Jx20 means they’re 9.5” wide and a 20” diameter, however what does EH2+53 mean?

As far as I knew all RRS and Discoveries since like 2002 have a PCD of 5x120, so will those wheels fit an L494?

The 53+ is a positive 53mm offset .. Your 22" x 9.5 wheels probably have a 49mm offset like my wheels 275/40/22
53 / 25.4 = 2.08" or 49 / 25.4 = 1.92" not much difference. All Rovers have should have the 5 x 120mm bolt pattern

EH2 = bead lock design
53+ = 53mm positive offset.

RECENT Land Rovers. Range Rover classic, Discovery 1, Defender, Series Land Rover were all 6.5" x 5

53 is the offset. The 2014+ OEM Range Rover Sport wheels run a 47 offset.
From what i understand you may have an issue with rubbing with those wheels on a later version RRS. Although, I have seen pictures with these mounted on later models.
I did research this a lot and recently went with the advice of most and purchased 20" OEM RRS wheels from a later model which have the 47 offset.

Thanks everyone! Was confident about the PCD, the “EH2” was throwing me out. Still don’t quite understand what it stands for lol.

Guess I’ll find out, pulled the trigger and bought them over the weekend. Hopefully arrive within the next week or so.

Paid $1800, pretty wrapped with that! ☺

It's the shape of the ridge on the rim where it retains the tyre bead.
