Wheel Center Caps?

I just bought new center caps for my wheels and I was wondering if there's a way to change the center caps on the wheels without removing the wheels?

Put a couple of spots of silicone rubber on the new ones so they don't fall out.

Dunno about Sport rims but the caps certainly get lost from P38A rims.
