What size 18 inch AT tires will work on 18 inch LR3 wheels on a 2008 RRS without running into clearance issues?

There are multiple threads on tires here. Look at the 'sticky' notes or do a search. Short answer is 31" diameter will be about the largest tire without any lift. Use a tire size calculator on tire rack web site to find the combination width height you want. You can go to a 32" tire if you do some trimming and have about 2" lift. The rear is where you have issues. I run Nitto Terra Grappler G2s 275/65R18 with 2" lift and rear wheelwell trimed.

Thanks MI2VA . I did look at the pinned section and did searches. I’ll keep searching.

285/60/18 is the best fit...no rubbing at full lock...plenty of rubber for airing down on sand or rock...have run multiple sets and prefer this size to 265/65/18 (no rubbing but less rubber) or 285/50/20 which produces rubbing at full lock.
