It's also not stretched. Looks like a standard LWB. At least mine had walnut door panels, foot rests and tray tables. :roll:

I don't think I've ever seen a "vaden plas" range rover before. btw... LOVE the price in yen lol.

Me neither. I've also never seen a soft dash with the wood insert on the transfer knob or the harman kardon badges on the speaker grills.

If it`s a japanees version,shouldn`t be a RHD?? or did they also import LHD?

Anyway looks quite nice looking classic LSE for me.. i am interested to buy one...but i need to be a lhd one /:(

Vanden Plas was a british coachbuilding firm dating back to 1910 (although the rights to the name were purchased from a Belgian coachbuilder).
They were taken over by Austin back in the 60s and the VDP decal/graphic/edition/luxury kit has appeared on various rover/jaguar/austin etc cars ever since.
The name is now owned by Nanjang Automotive.
