Could sombody please tell me what the cross is for on the tailgate window of my 2000 p38 vogue.

Not sure 100% as haven't come across it in RAVE for any of the work I've done.

I always thought it was the aiming point for the rear window washer jet..might be wrong though.

Thought it rang a bell from the last time I read the handbook (years ago)... The rear window is probably the only place I haven't had to do work...yet...
