What do these down arrows mean on the ciruit diagram ? the two i have highlighted in blue

At first i thought maybe its a groud point, but in some cases its connected to the posative of the battery

Your schematics should have a legend at the beginning. An arrow usually means the circuit path continues to another or is shared with another circuit or component. So in the example above the yellow power feed on the left is providing power for fuses 9&68 as well as other fuses in the fuse box. The protected side of fuse 9 also protects another circuit other than the one pictured with the red and white wire.

Most likely in that scenario it is a an "off page connection"
