I have a LHD 2001 P38 in Azerbaijan - weather is hot and we haven't had rain for a long time.

When using the air conditioner (recently recharged) I get a lot of water dripping into the footwell from somewhere above the bonnet release. If I don't use the AC i don't get any water dripping, so I presume it must be condensation rather than external water or coolant.

I don't recall water coming in when using the car wash, but during the summer I would have had the AC running anyway - it's only recently become cool enough (28C) to use the car without AC.

Where do I start to look?

Thanks
Phil

Unravel a wire coat hanger, get under the truck and look for the air-con drain holes. There are 2, one on either side of the transmission. Poke the coat hanger through and wiggle it around.
Note: You will receive a face full of water.
