Was wondering if it's possible to just get the valve stem part to replace. One of my valve stems corroded and part of the tip broke off. Now I can't check tire pressure in that wheel, or put air in it.

If I have to buy the whole TPMS sensor, and since it is a Ford Motor Company part, there must be other cars that have the same exact sensor, but cheaper since it is not for a Land Rover.

Thoughts?

The valve stem IS the TPMS sensor. It's one piece. Sensors are cheap, jsut replace it. May as well inspect your other sensors for corrosion. Also ensure you have proper black plastic caps and not metal stem caps.
