I took my 2016 range rover evoque to the dealership and they performed a system update and my navigation and non of my audio works / is accessible. i held down the valet button for 40 seconds to enter the E mode menu and clicked on the application states info and all of my audio applications were either uninitialized or shut down.. here is some of what i saw AM/FM main - shutdown, AM/FM RSE- uninitialized , DAB main - shutdown , CADS - uninitialized , AUX main - shutdown, AUX Acc main - uninitialized, AUX RSE- uninitialized
is there a way i can fix this for myself or do i need to take i to the dealer?

I have frequently seen software updates done to vehicles that created more problems than they solved. A dealer truly dedicated to customer service should have tested at least some of these things before delivering the vehicle. You might try a hard reset by disconnecting one of the battery cables and touching it to the other. Hold it there for a count of ten, then reconnect. That will typically reboot everything. Ray
