I agree! I already ordered the Autobiography side vents in Fuji white and chrome trim as well as silver lower door trim. I changed my mind on the lower door trim for now after I put the wheels on. Gonna start with the side vents and see if that subtle touch breaks it up enough or if I need to add door trim also. I wasn’t a fan of the solid colors coming out today, but the clean look is starting to grow on me.

Just picked up my first L405 yesterday. Ordered just in time to be built the week before the factory COVID shutdown. She’s a P525 (SC 5.0 V8). I’ve been a life long Land Rover owner with series Rovers, then a RR Classic, Disco and Disco-II, then an ‘08 Sport that I just traded toward this...

ah that’s why you don’t rub. Stock offset is 49 with a 275 wide tire. My aftermarket at 45 so I’m running 285 (bc I wanted the wheels spaced outward slightly more (but do not want poke). Yours is 40 so you can get away with 305. That’s getting very close if not slightly poking out though.

still can’t believe that fender gap is normal height though. That’s not access mode height?

I guess Ray’s fender gap looks the same. I’ll have to see once I throw on my 22’s
Mine is in access mode in that pic...my tires are 285/40R22 but I would like to go with 305/35R22 next time I need tires.

how wide are your wheels? 9.5? Everything I read 285 is as wide as you want to go on a 9.5” wide rim. I’ve been thinking about pushing it to 295....but 305 is asking for trouble I’m afraid and unused rubber on the edges

I have 9.5" wide wheels on my 2013 L405 and 10" wide wheels on the 2016 L405...both have 285/40R22's but I think 305/35R22 might be a better fit/look on the 10" wide wheels

We are back in a L405. Short stint with a 2020 G550(Hated it). I replaced it with 2020 X7M50i (By far best vehicle I have owned), and wife upgraded her LR4 to this British Racing Green 5.0. We swapped on some Terra Grapplers 305/40/22. I also just installed the factory tow hitch and roof rails. Looking forward to many trips in this rig.
