Does anyone know if in 2006 the Range Rover came with a two-tone paint option like the newer ones do? I purchased my 2006 Range Rover used and am concerned it has after market paint because it has the black roof and the rest of the car is Zermatt Silver. It says nothing about it on the window sticker or the paint code. Mostly just curiosity, I also have placed a bet on this with my dad of whether it came from the factory like this lol. Thanks in advance

Side note the OEM paint on a lot of the roofs is prone to heavy clearcote oxidation and peeling. It may not be a bad thing they did a contrast roof.

Mine is getting bad and hard to maintain. Ive been thinking about either doing a roof wrap to protect my 2006 L322 and go contrast black on my silver.

Does it at least look good?

If I'm interpreting it correctly, some of your clearcoat is gone?

I'd just have the roof resprayed, I had it done for $250 and I supplied the Bonatti Grey paint. After that just keep it up with good wax - I use Adams "Liquid Paint Sealant", and so far it's been great.
