Not possible to change the timer.

Not sure the exact meaning but it’s something to the tune of traffic service management. It’s basically a service that tracks traffic real-time.

It may help us to answer some of your questions if you will identify your whip in your signature. My 08SC may have a slightly different answer than an 11HSE and I don't want to think that anyone will remember that you drive an 07 (I think...) .
