Turn Signal Performing Erratically

Hello, I have 2009 Range Rover HSE and I'm having an intermittent problem with my turn signals. Sometimes everything works fine and at other times, when I attempt to make a left turn signal, it will actually activate the right turn signal and it will sometimes switch back and forth erratically when I make the left turn signal. Everything is fine with the right turn signal. Additionally, when I switch to high beams, I have some more of the erratic activity as the lights will rapidly dim and flicker. When the left turn signal is having problems, the high beams are also having the flickering issues. Anyone have any suggestions on the possible cause of these issues? Thanks.
