Everytime i go up hills it seems like there is a lil jerk or hesitation but thenthere is a loud humming type of noise coming from where it seems like its outside the car and sometimes when I speed up driving I hear that humming type of noise and I have read in other threads it could be a tranny if anyone knows anything that will help I will be grateful thanks.

You need to put your Loaction and Year/Model/Engine into your signature otherwise no one knows what varient of RR (or what gearbox as they are engine/year specific) you have.

First I would suggest you get it to an autobox specialist, you may do more damage driving it.
