DIY or having a shop do it?
If DIY, follow the excellent write up regards the fluid chage. It changes 95% of the fluid without the "flush" part. It's the best way to go in my experience.

No problem mate. I followed that procedure to the T, and it has been perfect ever since. Stan needs a big pat on the back for that one.
