I was driving today and all of a sudden im getting ultra low rpm at stop lower than 0.5, and its not shifting properly, and grinding when im stopping. whats happening ? theres barely any mileage on the vehicle.

Any error messages? Are you sure it's the tranny grinding? Are there any other issues with your Rover?

THe first thing that srpings to mind is something under the hood grinding and pulling your RPMs down. If it is your alternator failing and pulling the RPM down, as others have had happen, then your voltage output is causing voltage/charge issues.

i am pretty sure it was, yeah i have been getting the neutral transfer box message a lot lately but i thought it was maybe due to low voltage on battery.
i just took it for another spin and the gears were switching fine but the rpm were dropping pretty low , lower than one still.
how should i check for this ?
