Transferbox neutral/transmission failsafe errors, low range coming on and offI'v

Hello, I just started having problems with 2003 range rover hse, with 144k miles on it. Previously fixed things are new battery, refurbished alternator put on, and coil springs with eas bypass put on.

The day before yesterday an error message with a really annoying ding started, only a few times that day and I only caught what it said after it had done it 4 or 5 times, it lasted about a second or two and said: "transferbox neutral". The following day it started going off when I hit bumps and then started coming on/beeping maybe 30 times a minute, then just stayed on.

The transmission failsafe error and the low range orange mountain symbol has begun coming on intermittently as well. The vehicle seems to still be driving good aside from the messeges and beeps. I tried the fuse 37 trick rrphil wrote of on other questions for this, w/o success. I can not change to low gear, I read I probably need a new gear motor, or need to disconnect and lube a connection, where is this located so I can check this?

Also might as well ask about the location of the fuse for the 12v lighter at? I don't see it in the glove compartment, and mine have stopped working? Thanks.

Yep, that’s the one.

By the way, the fuse for the 12v sockets is in the boot behind the RH cover. It’s fuse #1 :
