not sure what you mean by sensitivity range. are you wondering if a wheel with a TMPS installed sitting a few feet away may be causing the check tire pressure message? you need to drive off for a bit to have each TMPS register with the system. once four are registered, then that's the 4 that will be monitored. a TMPS that's been previously registered but isn't moving, will fail to register and not trigger the message, even if it's aired down. i've got one in my spare and air it down to stuff it underneath.
If you mean the "tolerance" of the TPMS before the amber warning and "Check Pressure" message pop up in the instrument cluster, according to the shop manual it should be approximately 20-25% deflation over the data stored in the TPMS module (which, I assume, is the manufacturer's recommended inflation pressure.)
