I got my Bonati Grey Range last Monday. Enjoying every minute of it....

I went to connect up my trailer to do some jet skiing this weekend and come to find out, I have NO place to connect my trailer lights. Or at least no place that I have found.

Can someone help me trouble shoot this problem? Am i missing something somewhere?

Thanks in advance.

towing with RR

Even so the RR has a trailer hitch you still need to install wiring harness for connecting your trailer lights and on some trailers lock out brakes. Make sure you have the right size connector, round or flat or you'll need to get an adapter from U-Haul-like store.

I recently heard there are new trailer wiring harnesses available for the new model from Atlantic British http://roverparts.com and British Pacific httpbritishpacific.com
for less than the dealer wiring system. However you will definitely need some kind of (genuine or aftermarket) wiring harness.

Cheers

Trailer Wiring harnass

Good afternoon,
Your Land Rover has come from then factory wired for UK specific packages. IN US dealerships, they offer a kit which includes an adaptor, a wire connector and a voltage regulator box. Many mistake their vehicle as being "trailer ready" when in all honestyyou would still ned teh convertor. It is not that pricey and I would def. recommend that a LR dealer install it.
