decided to take my son out for some fun whilst visiting family this weekend.

It got more and more muddy until eventually at about 1mph slid sideways into a small pond, oops!

testament to how good these cars are (and the small amount of info I remembered from the land rover offroad course!) we did eventually get it out, great fun but next time will go with someone else in another 4x4 too. (we had a jeep sat on the drive too, schoolboy error we all went in one car!)

Have some pics but cant upload from work, can email to someone if they can whack them up for me.

Not sure about the white indicators myself but since you have them have you looked for white repeaters?
I suspect they were also used on Rovers of the same era so you should be able to find a set.

Im going to guess you have a little one in the back and thats why your wife/girlfriend is sitting back there? Or your just mean. :wink:

ha, well 1 minute previously she'd been hanging out of the window to get some weight over the right hand side (it did work actually!), although she did get a facefull of mud in the process, oops!

white repeaters, yep, I'd like to get some, to be honest have just been so tied up with other things that the rangey took a back seat for a while.
