Has anyone tried this size? I know everyone is doing the 275/55R20 thing... but this is only 0.5" taller, and slightly narrower. Plus the Cooper Discoverer ATP in this size is an LT / E-rated tire, instead of P. Tread depth is 16/32" instead of 12.5/32" AND at Discount Tire, the price is great at only $205 (compared to the P275/55R20 which is $177). A very small premium for a E-rated / "10-ply" tire.

Wondering the same thing - anyone out there? I know on the previous gen sport, the 31.9” to 32.5” was the make or break between being able to run on the bump stops if EAS fails, and also some minor rubbing at full lock, but not sure about the L494’s.

I ended up going with the 275/55r20 Cooper Discoverer ATPs. Very happy with the tire as far as road noise, ride, and looks. Haven’t taken it off road yet, hopefully this fall we will go camping and will be near some OHV trails that are SUV legal AND not too narrow.
