like everything, it takes a bit of getting used to. as these systems become more complex, buyers need proportionally more time to learn them. we used to able to get in a car and just drive away. I think it's simply no longer the case. I think one needs to invest an hour or two to look around and understand what's where.
in that sense, it isn't about the number of screens, but about the capabilities. there wasn't much change in capabilities between In Control Touch Pro and ICTP Duo. I'd argue that it takes the same amount of time to learn a 17 or an 18. Compared with a '13 though, the changes are huge. Curious why using the word "confusion" - does that refer to a previous experience?
