There are half inch diameter plugs at either end of the head but I don't know if water is behind them. Impossible to get at without removing the head. Only other plugs are the frost plugs on the block. I would wash the area down with acetone or methanol to dry it out completely and then start the engine. Watch the area to see where the water is coming from. People here don't like this but for a weep like that I would just try radiator leak sealer. It has worked for me on more than one occasion.
