I think so long as you have the extended, factory warranty, you will be fine. My 13 is currently in for service as my original factory warranty expires in a couple weeks. I wanted to get it back in one last time before I have to start paying for repairs. They are replacing the timing chains and tensioners, oil vacuum pump and the "Range Rover" script on the front hood due to discoloration. A couple months ago, I had the front sway bar bushings, water pump and transfer case seal(s) replaced. Other than that, the valve cover gaskets and air suspension pump may be the next to go, or so I'm told. All in all, our 13 RRS has been great. I honestly enjoy it more than our 17 RRS.

For a CPO vehicle, I think your price is great.

Honesty Im not totally sure. I told my service adviser that the car has a slightly rough/excessive vibration upon cold starts. I had no check engine lights however. I'm not sure whether they took the front cover off to look around and found issues or if it was simply based upon what I said. On my old 2011 Range Rover, I had to do the same thing. But in that case, I had a check engine light and the vehicle was towed in. I think the tensioners wear out prematurely and there is slack in the chains.
