TDV8 / SCV8 L320 vs SDV8 L405

Dear all, I am currently looking for a 2011/2012 L320, TDV8 or SC vs 2013/14 SDV8 L405, price gap is about 30k and I am not sure if that is worthy, do you have any real life experience with these models? I am more interested in ride comfort, cabin noise and road dynamics.
